David R. Babbitz began practicing law in West
Haven in 1994.  In 1998, attorney Babbitz joined
his practice with attorney Ginsberg’s.  In addition
to managing the firm, David handles most of the
firm’s litigation, real estate, and small business
client matters.  David has experience in many
aspects of civil litigation, having litigated matters
in the Connecticut Supreme, Appellate, Superior,
and Probate courts.  David has also closed many
multimillion dollar loans and commercial property
transactions for both local and out of state buyers,
sellers, and lenders.
